AVA Business Leadership - ExamplesBrand Proposition Firm A, a medium sized law firm practising legal aid and private work. They were struggling to describe exactly what their firm stood for in marketing terms, who they were marketing to. At the heart of this problem were the financial and ideological conflicts between legal aid and private practice that were an undercurrent within the firm. Focusing on these within a series of workshops that we created and assisted with, Firm A was able to resolve this tension and bring the two apparently disparate teams of staff together. This in turn created a great basis for their marketing campaign, which came together really quickly and profitably once the firm had a genuinely understood and united understanding of the services they offered. Growth Business B, a retail outlet with six branches, struggling to handle growth. This was complicated by the fact that the owner was great at selling in the shop but couldn't find the time she needed to work on the business rather than work in it. So whilst her retail growth was undeniable, it was in danger of collapsing through lack of systems and lack of her ability to sustain it. We were able to help by giving her the space she needed work on the business and work with her to suggest and implement the systems she needed to support the growth. |
